This was a small interior project where we only touched the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms.
We designed a bespoke kitchen cabinet door that was developed together with the steel worker and kitchen carpenter in order to come up with what was light enough to use the soft-closing hinges and drawer runners required yet the minimal profile with the perforated steel panel to allow for the ventilation required in the humid tropics.
The wardrobe doors were designed to make the top ‘frame’ of the sliding door leafs as well as the typical pelmet that concealed the sliding gears disappear.
