This 1200sqft residential apartment unit is situated in a new condo development in Bukit Jalil. We were tasked to transform the space to exude the client’s character, a young bachelor who has a love for colours and owns a collection of paintings and art pieces that he would love to display throughout the house.

The unit welcomes the guests with a curated wall of the client’s record vinyl collection and various art pieces and books on the low cabinet.

The living area contains the sitting room, the dining area and the kitchen, with three small bedrooms and two bathrooms making up the remainder of the apartment.

The existing storage room which initially took a lot of space within the already small living space were hacked off and replaced with a deep storage cabinet which incorporates with the dry kitchen, rendering the dry kitchen space a little less claustrophobic.

Neutral coloured materials are used as the base canvas of the apartment to complement colourful, eclectic furniture and decor owned by the client.
