This is a seaside retreat for a young family. The client, an avid surfer, desired a house with direct views and access to the beach.

The house comprises of two wings, a Guest House and a Main House, separated by a raised courtyard in the middle. The courtyard becomes a buffer space as well as a social space between the two wings. The main house has direct access to the pool, deck and the main view of the beach and horizon beyond.
