The space of the restaurant is located on the first floor on the office strip in a well known mall in the heart of the city. A palatte of dark and soothing hues of navy blues and green and the use of mirrors on the ground floor are used at the entrance to foster a feeling of departure and discovery, where people would walk up the stairs and discover a space that is subtly lit through a gradation of horizontal fins that serves as shelving , lighting feature and dividing screens for the restaurant.
The ombre graduation of colours were deliberately and carefully selected to calm and soothe the senses for the food to take centre stage in the raw yet finished atmosphere.
The colours graduate from a darker base to a lighter finish closer to the ceiling to give an illusion of height to an otherwise existing low-ceilinged space.
The private dining room is set like a theatrical stage complete with a trompe l’oeil wallpaper ,plush curtains and vintage lights set like a jewel stage in the midst of the monastic interiors.
